Exchanges and refunds on Italian territory can be made without additional costs, no later than 14 days from the goods' receipt.
Products returned by the customer must not have been worn or used and must be shipped in the same packaging conditions in which they were received.
Cancellations are not accepted, as long as the product has not yet been shipped, after 48 hours of online purchase.
Costs for customized orders, changes, cancellations, exchanges, or returns for foreign markets (outside Italy) are charged on customer's behalf.
If you wish to change the product, you can send an email to email@example.com. We will send you a waybill and the specifications necessary to send the product back to us.
Specify in the exchange request if this is due to imperfections found or to color or product replacement.
If there is a price difference between the products, Ecletta will return the variation using the same payment method used by the customer once the goods have been received.
If the customer has to pay the price difference, he will have to proceed by bank transfer.
The refund request must be justified by a reason such as malfunction or discrepancy of the product with respect to what is described on the website www.ecletta.com.
As for exchanges, you can send us an email containing the complaint to firstname.lastname@example.org. We will then send you a waybill and the specifications needed to send the product back to us. Upon receipt of the product and following verification by Ecletta, we will refund the amount with the same payment method you made.
Shipping is free on all European territory. For all other foreign countries, they will be automatically calculated at checkout, in full respect of DHL's international delivery rates.
VAT is included for orders on the European territory. For other foreign markets, the VAT cost is excluded and will be calculated in respect of the customer's location and behalf.
