Refund policy


Changes and returns on Italian territory are free. For foreign markets on custom orders or with active discount policies, changes, cancellations, exchanges or returns are not accepted.

For online purchases, Ecletta will refund the full price of the Products sold on the Italian market, excluding shipping costs, provided that they are returned by the Customer unused and undamaged, as well as accompanied by the relevant original invoice, with the packaging and the label or sticker or seal intact and attached to the Product. For foreign markets, the final price will be reduced by any customs charges for the return of the goods.

The goods must be returned within 14 (fourteen) days from the date of receipt of the Products.

Ecletta reserves the right to refuse at its discretion the return of those Products that do not comply with the above requirements.

Ecletta will make every possible effort to ensure a refund as soon as possible. Returns and refunds on shall be processed no later than 14 (fourteen) days after Ecletta has been informed of the Customer's decision to withdraw from the contract, i.e. the date of receipt by Ecletta of the returned goods. Ecletta will send an e-mail notification once the refund has been made. Refunds will be made with the same method of payment used for the purchase.
